IKAR Holdings empowering its future business inspired by the Mensuram Bonam program of the Vatican

Date:

During a press conference, held in Rome this week, Mario Diel, the founding Chairman of IKAR Holdings, had announced that his group will empower its future business inspired by the Mensuram Bonam program of the Vatican.

IKAR Holdings is a London-based privately held group of entrepreneurial companies that pioneers a new wave of entrepreneurship based on ethics, responsibility and social impact.

Comprising more than 40 companies, its mission is to build companies that drive economic growth by elevating social and environmental standards.

IKAR was established as a catalyst and disruptor, driven by the fundamental belief that the next generation of successful companies must shift their mindset—balancing wealth creation with the responsibility of uplifting the world.

IKAR’s vision right from the beginning was to lay its focus on the human capital and was created as the world’s first HUMICORN in the business environment.

Since its founding more than 5 years ago, IKAR has managed to create a unique group structure, which theoretically allows them unlimited growth. They operate through five vertically positioned holdings, structured into an investment holding, a purely impact driven holding, another holding, which is focusing on the crypto and fintech sector and two regional holdings, covering the GCC region and Southeast Asia, as well as Japan and India.

The group is active in more than 10 sectors, from education to energy, healthcare, sports, technology, aviation, construction, hospitality, real estate and services.

They have assembled an extraordinary team of entrepreneurs, executives and former global government leaders, representing more than 20 different nations.

The group decided — as a logical consequence of its corporate vision — to be guided from now on by the ethical framework of the Catholic Church and being inspired by the Mensuram Bonam program of the Vatican.

Mario Diel, stated: “When I was reading the Mensuram Bonam program of the Vatican — prepared under the leadership of his eminence Cardinal Peter Turkson — I was immediately intrigued. I believe that integrity, compassion and responsibility are essential to all business. With these values at its core, it envisions a future where innovation uplifts humanity, strengthens communities and promotes sustainability. The values of the Catholic Church and the ways how to execute business in the corporate and finance world mentioned in the Mensuram Bonam program have inspired me as they are in line with our entrepreneurial vision. We have significant goals we aim to achieve in the upcoming years. We would be delighted if more companies follow our mission of changing the world through business, for the betterment of human being, but based on ethical values and inspired by the Catholic Church.”
